Our hot water was cut off today, probably to make repairs to the system. They've had to do that a few times in the years I've lived in this building. No problem. Our building is clean and safe well run. In fact, I have an Xmas present I need to bring down to my landlord if I can ever catch her when she isn't in a meeting. I made some sandwich rolls on the pizza stone Santa got me and GK for Xmas. Made some burgers for dinner, and then had a ham sandwich on one later. They are really damn good.
